Louvered Doors (and Panels)

Titan Louvered door and panel systems offer a wide selection of doorset and hardware configurations that combine proven durability and weather performance. Compliance with Document Q under PAS24, and the reassurance of third party certification for both fire performance is also available.

Dependant on the specific aesthetic, and performance requirements of your project, Titan's louvred products are available fabricated in either steel or aluminium.

For the first time, Building Regulations Approved Document Q has given serious weight to the importance of security as a requirement in the design and construction of new buildings. To satisfy such requirements Titan offers a range secure louvred doorsets have been thoroughly tested to meet the PAS24 enhanced security standard for door assemblies.

Doorset Options

Titan regularly work on projects requiring ventilation through standard flush metal doorsets. For such applications, our standard feature louvres can be easily incorporated. As standard, these comprise two size options of either our L-Louvre (457 x 254mm) or FL-Louvre (457 x 1524mm). In addition, these can be supplied with the options of insect mesh, intumescent infill and additional security bars.

In addition to our standard louvres size options, Titan offers bespoke sized feature louvres too. Leaf size dependant, multiples of instances of louvres can be incorporated too.

Configurations and Hardware

The Taskmaster range of entrance systems can be drawn from both our S Series and T series products, while we also offer bespoke laser cut feature entrances, panels and facades.

S- Series doorsets are based around flush door panels, and are aesthetically similar to timber screen systems, while T-Series doorsets are a tubular system available in a range of performance-driven profiles. They are aesthetically similar to traditional aluminium screen systems.

  • Configurations include single, double and unequal leaf doorset arrangements
  • Constructions can be polyester powder coated mild steel or stainless steel
  • Thermally broken sections are available (for Building Regulations Part L compliance)
  • Temperature rise insulated sections, for fire insulation with integrity (for compliance with Building Regulations Part B, where applicable)
  • Wide range of glazing options, in different sizes and configurations
  • Side panels and Transom panels available, in glazed or solid options
  • Latched and unlatched ironmongery arrangements available
  • Coordination with access control systems
  • Meet security standards as detailed in Approved Document Q

Third Party Fire and Security Performance

Configuration dependent, products are available with CERTIFIRE product certification for up to FD240s fire integrity.
